We require 100% prepayment for ready-to-ship toys. For OEM/ODM custom orders, we require a 30% deposit prior to production and the remaining 70% balance before shipment.

Yes, the raw materials we use are non-toxic, and we apply water-based lacquer. FSC certified materials can be supplied upon request.

Yes, we supply sample services for both our ready-made designs and customized specifications.

What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for OEM/ODM products?
Our standard MOQ for custom OEM/ODM products is 1,000 units per item.
