What about the time of delivery?
We deliver quickly. For samples, we usually send them within 3 days after receiving your remittance. You will receive them by international express within A week. Bulk order about 5-10 days; OEM and ODM orders around 15-25 days; RTS (Direct online order) about less than 500 pieces: 7 days; Less than 500:14 days.
What's the minimum quantity?
We support small orders, even RTS or direct shipment (1 piece). But for bulk orders.
Can I print my logo on products and packages?
Yes, you can. We support OEM and ODM orders. We have a dedicated OEM and ODM team, the minimum order quantity of customized products is 500 pieces, customized packaging 500 pieces. Please provide more details to negotiate with us.
What is the warranty period? How to deal with the defect rate?
During the warranty period, we have good replacements if the bulk products are defective. All our products are guaranteed for one year from delivery. Within the warranty period, if there is any quality problem, we will send you new products.
How do I pay?
