Q1Are you a manufacturer or trading company?
We are a professional manufacturer of educational & sensory toys with over 10+ years of experience. Our factory is BSCI/ISO audited and we mainly supply to Europe, North America, South America and Asia.
Q2Are your toys safe for kids?
Yes. All materials are non-toxic and eco-friendly. Our products comply with safety standards. Test reports can be provided if needed.
Q3What age group are your toys suitable for?
Most of our toys are designed for kids aged 3+ years. For each item we can provide detailed age recommendations, safety warnings and packaging labels.
Q4Can you do OEM/ODM and custom packaging?
Sure. We support logo printing, custom colors, private label, display boxes and gift packaging. Just send us your design file (AI/PDF) or idea, our design team will help to make a mock-up for confirmation.
Q5What is your MOQ? Can I mix different designs in one order?
Our regular MOQ is 100 pcs per design. For trial orders we can be more flexible. Mixed designs in one order are welcome as long as each design reaches the minimum quantity.
Q6Can I get a sample before bulk order?
Yes. We can provide ready samples within 7 days. Sample cost can be refunded when the bulk order quantity reaches our requirement.
