Yes. All materials are non-toxic and eco-friendly. Our products comply with safety standards. Test reports can be provided if needed.
QCan you do OEM/ODM and custom packaging?
Sure. We support logo printing, custom colors, private label, display boxes and gift packaging. Just send us your design file (AI/PDF) or idea, our design team will help to make a mock-up for confirmation.
QWhat is your MOQ? Can I mix different designs in one order?
Our regular MOQ is 100 pcs per design. For trial orders we can be more flexible. Mixed designs in one order are welcome as long as each design reaches the minimum quantity.
QCan I get a sample before bulk order?
Yes. We can provide ready samples within 7 days. Sample cost can be refunded when the bulk order quantity reaches our requirement.
QWhat is your lead time?
For stock items, delivery time is about 7 days after payment. For new production, usually 30 days after sample and order details are confirmed. Urgent orders can be negotiated.
