What are the lead times for samples and mass production?
The sampling lead time is 7-14 days. For standard stock orders, the delivery time is 7-14 days. For custom ODM/OEM orders, the delivery time takes approximately 45-55 days.
What product warranty do you provide?
We guarantee the products received by customers are fully qualified. If there are any broken parts, please send us detailed photos by email, and we will arrange the replacements according to actual conditions. Our product lines have been globally insured since 2017.
How do you protect our legal rights and design intellectual property?
We sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) to protect your unique designs and guarantee not to sell them to third parties. For large orders, we are also open to signing exclusive manufacturing agreements to ensure we only produce these items for your company.
Are your materials environmentally friendly, and can you supply FSC material?
Yes, we have utilized professional and certified materials since 2008. Every month, we send specific batches of paint for SGS testing, and we operate our own in-house product safety labs. We comply fully with FSC regulations to maintain a sustainable, eco-friendly approach. FSC certified materials are available upon request at a premium of 8% over standard options.
What trade terms and shipping ports do you support?
We support FOB, CNF, CIF, and EXW trade terms. Shipments are mainly loaded through Ningbo or Shanghai ports, and can be sent by sea, air, or express courier.
What payment methods are accepted?
Our flexible payment terms include T/T (with a 30% deposit required prior to production and the 70% balance payable against the B/L copy), 100% irrevocable L/C at sight, Paypal, and Western Union.
